Fresh out of college, I was networked into a providential career opportunity. A friend gave me the contact info for the wife of a coworker of his who was in charge of organizing SEO content for her company’s website.
The goal of my project was to flood the internet with keyword-laden content, relevant to franchise business, that would direct traffic back to the company’s four websites and help boost them to the top of the result lists whenever anyone googled our terms. (Go ahead and try it. Search “franchise business” and see if franchisegator.com doesn’t come up on the first page of results.) Ghostwriting for Candice Clem, I had a direct part to play in that success.
Individual Articles
To keep you from having to scour through pages and pages of content, here’s a quick list of some of my better articles:
“If you are an ex-banker looking for work, and purchasing a business for sale sounds like a viable option in your given conditions, here are a few franchise ideas that benefit from a franchisee with a financial background.”
“…people weighted with the troubles tied to a lagging economy just want to escape reality, at least for a time. And that is the same root reason for which more innocent forms of entertainment succeed during economic dry spells as well.”
“Essentially, a franchise agreement is a marriage between a franchisor and a franchisee, in which each party performs a specified duty to ensure the success of their brand.”
“Whether the facility using the refrigerant compound has the means by which to contain it or has to bring someone in to extract it from the system, it is far easier to call professionals for handling refrigerants rather than attempt it alone, and that is precisely where Rapid Recovery enters the picture.”
“…during a recession it takes a much smaller error to bring a home based business franchise to its knees, because the home business is already in a susceptible position as is.”

If those five samples didn’t put a damper on your franchising enthusiasm, here are the links to the article archives of the four sites I wrote for. (Though I created articles from April to November 2008, it’s easiest to differentiate my work from that of other writers between July and December, when I was responsible for over 90% of the articles in the archive.)
